If you are unhappy with your item for any reason, simply return to us in it's original condition within 7 days of receiving it and we will issue a full refund, (please note this only applies to 'off the shelf items as listed above).
Returns Policy (All House Signs, Bedroom Door Signs, Medal Hooks and other Bespoke Items).
Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds on any bespoke or made to order items (unless the item is faulty, in which case the policy for 'off the shelf items' as detailed above applies). Please remember to contact us if you would like to see an image of any made to order item before you purchase.
